Account & sign in

  • Sign in with your email and password, or use Continue with Google / Sign in with Apple.
  • Forgot your password? Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen to receive a reset code by email.
  • Update your name, email, or phone number anytime under Profile.

Earning points

  • Show your loyalty barcode (in the app) at the pump or register when you fuel up or wash your car.
  • Points are credited automatically after a qualifying purchase and appear in your balance in real time.
  • Earn more through daily check-ins, referrals, and your birthday reward.

Rewards & car wash codes

  • Browse the Rewards catalogue and redeem points for fuel discounts, car washes, and partner offers available to your tier.
  • Redeemed car wash codes appear in the app and can be entered at the car wash kiosk.
  • A reward not showing up? Make sure the app is updated and you're signed in to the correct account, then contact us.

Notifications

  • Manage push notification categories under Profile → Notifications.
  • Location access is only used to show nearby stations and car washes and to give directions, and only while you're using the app.
