You can delete your Noble Gas loyalty account and the personal information we hold for it at any time. There are three ways to do it.
This is the fastest method and is the path Apple and Google require us to provide.
Your account is disabled immediately. The full data purge described below completes within 30 days.
If you cannot open the app, email

Delete my account. We will verify the request by replying
to that email address and then complete the deletion within 30 days
of verification.

Within 30 days of your verified request we permanently remove:
Some records cannot be deleted immediately because we are legally required to keep them. After your account is deleted, these records continue to exist in a form that is no longer linked to your personal contact information:
After the applicable retention period these records are also deleted or further anonymised. The full retention policy is described in our Privacy Policy (placeholder).
If you change your mind, contact privacy@noblegas.example (placeholder) within 7 days of your request. After 7 days the data may have already been purged and cannot be restored.
