Delete your Noble Gas account

You can delete your Noble Gas loyalty account and the personal information we hold for it at any time. There are three ways to do it.

Option 1 — In the Noble Gas app (recommended)

This is the fastest method and is the path Apple and Google require us to provide.

  1. Open the Noble Gas app.
  2. Tap Profile in the bottom navigation.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap Delete account.
  5. Re-enter your password (or, for social-login accounts, confirm with the same OAuth provider you used to sign in) and tap Delete my account.

Your account is disabled immediately. The full data purge described below completes within 30 days.

Option 2 — Email

If you cannot open the app, email privacy@noblegas.example (placeholder — TODO ops to provision real inbox) from the email address on your account. Subject line: Delete my account. We will verify the request by replying to that email address and then complete the deletion within 30 days of verification.

Option 3 — Web form

Visit https://noblegas.example/account-deletion/ (placeholder) and submit the form. We will email you to verify the request and then complete the deletion within 30 days.

Some records cannot be deleted immediately because we are legally required to keep them. After your account is deleted, these records continue to exist in a form that is no longer linked to your personal contact information:

Cancelling a deletion request

If you change your mind, contact privacy@noblegas.example (placeholder) within 7 days of your request. After 7 days the data may have already been purged and cannot be restored.
